HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Visit our registration page and complete the form.

  • If you’re an existing Nemic customer, include your Customer ID.
  • If you’re new, check “I don’t have a Customer ID” and fill out the required details.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and send a confirmation email once your account is approved.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to past orders and invoices, shopping lists, the Quick Order Pad, and discounted pricing.


ORDERS & QUOTES

HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

Log in and add items to your cart. At checkout, enter your shipping details, then select “Get a Quote” instead of a payment method. You’ll receive an email quote shortly after submission.

CAN I SUBMIT OR APPROVE A QUOTE ONLINE?

Yes. Users with full account access can go to My Account → Quotes to review, edit, and approve quotes, add a PO number, and place the order directly online.

CAN I SAVE OR REORDER PAST PURCHASES?

Yes. Go to My Account → Orders or Invoices, open any order, and add items back to your cart with one click. You can also save items to a Shopping List for future use.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND THE ITEM I'M LOOKING FOR?

We have access to hundreds of thousands of SKUs through our trusted supplier network. If you don’t see a product online, it may be discontinued, temporary, or simply not yet listed. We can often source or add it for you.

WHAT'S A SHOPPING LIST?

A Shopping List lets you save and organize products for easy reordering or future reference. Many customers use them to group tools by type, job number, or machine, helping streamline repeat purchases.

HOW DO I USE THE QUICK ORDER PAD?

The Quick Order Pad allows you to enter item numbers and quantities in bulk and add everything to your cart at once — perfect for fast, repeat ordering without browsing the site.


BILLING & RETURNS

WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD OR PAY INVOICES?

Go to My Account → Invoices to view, download, and pay invoices quickly and securely online.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items may be returned within 30 days if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Email our sales team to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Returns require supplier approval and may include a restocking fee. View our full Return Policy.
