At Nemic, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines carefully:

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging without any damage, markings, or signs of tampering.

Return Authorization

Buyers must not return any goods without written consent from Nemic.

Before sending any items back, please contact our team at sales@nemic.net to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Supplier Approval Requirement

Returns are only accepted if the original supplier also agrees to accept the return. Nemic will confirm supplier approval before authorizing any return.

Restocking Fee

All authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee or handling charge, which may vary over time. Details of applicable fees will be provided when the return is authorized.
